Operate critical MEP infrastructure with Serverfarm as a Data Center Technician supporting reliable 24/7 operations. Monitor power and environmental conditions across critical spaces.

This Data Center Technician maintains mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems in an industrial workplace. The work includes preventive and corrective maintenance, site rounds, incident response, and contractor support. You will use CMMS and follow MOP, SOP, EOP, and Change Control procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain MEP plant and distribution infrastructure safely
- Monitor power and environmental conditions within critical facility spaces
- Complete maintenance tasks using the internal CMMS
- Perform site rounds and report issues to site management
- Respond to incidents using appropriate MOP and EOP documentation

Requirements:

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Mechanical, electrical, or HVAC industrial environment experience
- Evidence of self-management amid changing priorities
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Tenacity and a high level of accuracy
