This temporary Operations Analyst assignment supports Client Support Services within Payment and Clearing Solutions. The work covers correspondent banking, payment operations, cash management, SWIFT, and international wire transfers. You will support USD and CAD network clearing clients while coordinating with stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate payment issues and determine root causes
- Monitor USD clearing clients and manage transaction limits
- Review wire transfer and SWIFT activity reports
- Produce dashboards, analytics, and management reporting




- Coordinate back-office, front-office, and network stakeholders

Requirements:

- Two to four years of relevant banking experience
- Knowledge of international wires, SWIFT, and clearing systems
- Understanding of funds transfer rules and regulations
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Robust analytical, communication, and organizational skills
