Lead product design for Okta’s Workforce Identity Cloud from Toronto, guiding secure, straightforward experiences through Figma and UX strategy.

As Product Design Manager, you will lead, grow, and support Okta’s product design team. You will partner with Product and Engineering across Okta Research & Development. The work spans complex identity use cases, unified platforms, and deep integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, grow, and motivate a high-performing design team
- Define practice and process across global design
- Review research and design deliverables for quality
- Drive UX strategy with Engineering, Product, and Design
- Identify strategic opportunities across product areas

Requirements:

- Experience managing design teams and organizational change
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Related degree or relevant UX designer or manager experience
- Toronto office attendance two days weekly and orientation
