Sleep Country Canada/Dormezvous seeks a customer-focused Sales Associate skilled in Mandarin, product presentation, and service. This is a full time commissioned role.
As a Sales Associate, you will help customers identify sleep needs and promote quality products and services. You will maintain appealing stores, support inventory accuracy, and collaborate with the Sales team. The role values positive attitudes, critical thinking, continuous learning, and customer focus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers to identify their needs and wants
- Promote quality sleep products and service offerings
- Maintain product presentation, replenishment, and store housekeeping
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and inventory counts
- Work with Sales colleagues to exceed goals
Requirements:
- Fluency in Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers
- Positive, optimistic attitude with strong customer focus
- Availability for days, evenings, and weekends
- Critical thinking and independent problem-solving abilities
- Sales, retail, or customer service experience is an asset
