Ontario SPCA seeks a Senior Director of People and Shared Services to guide and transform our human resources and shared services. You will provide senior-level direction, governance and coaching to a capable HR team, while leading redesign of volunteer and foster services into a coordinated provincial program.
You will oversee compensation, pay equity, performance management and workforce planning, ensuring compliance with Ontario laws and organizational priorities.
