The Human Resources Manager is a key retail store leadership role responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. You will support engagement, recognition, HR administration, and company programs while advising managers and employees. The position also supports consistent HR programming across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver HR programs aligned with company mission and values
- Provide recruitment, training, and employee relations services
- Partner with managers on departmental recruitment plans
- Maintain accurate time, labour, HRIS, and payroll documentation




- Support investigations, case files, and performance management

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in business or related discipline
- Three to five years’ employee-facing generalist HR experience
- Knowledge of provincial employment legislation
- Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and computer skills
- Flexible availability across retail hours, including evenings and weekends
