Clio is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Development & Learning to lead the People TD&L; team on a 13-month contract (parental leave cover). You will shape global talent strategies, onboarding, leadership development, AI enablement, and cross-functional collaboration across the People function.

You will drive measurable impact through KPI reporting, budget stewardship, and scalable programs for Key Talent, Emerging Leaders, and Senior Leaders.
