Reporting to the Director of Operations, this Project Manager oversees total delivery across pre-construction and construction. The work coordinates safety, quality, budget, schedule, contracts, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Responsibilities include project controls, financial management, risk, quality, and turnover.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain Master Project schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6
- Coordinate contracts, subcontracts, permits, and preconstruction planning
- Monitor construction schedules, productivity, progress, and subcontractor performance
- Manage project finances, billing, forecasting, payments, and reporting




- Implement quality, safety, environmental, commissioning, and turnover requirements
