As a Maintenance Technician/Painter, you will repair, patch, and paint residential or hotel spaces to hospitality standards. You will diagnose maintenance issues, coordinate specialized trades, and communicate with Guest Services when repairs affect stays. The role also includes safe cleaning practices, furniture moves, special requests, and reporting hazards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Repair, patch, and paint drywall in guest suites

Requirements:
