As a Senior Associate in Equity Index Client Operations, you will manage client experiences across onboarding, operations, and index requests. You will work with asset managers, investment banks, hedge funds, and trading desks. The role combines relationship management, corporate action knowledge, process improvement, and technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own client relationships across onboarding, delivery, and issue resolution
- Explain index methodologies and corporate action treatments clearly
- Coordinate configuration, testing, implementation, and follow-up
- Communicate proactively about progress,



updates, and product changes
- Propose process, automation, and service improvements

Requirements:

- Degree in finance, economics, business, mathematics, or related field
- Four or more years in client-facing financial services or B2B roles
- Solid analytical aptitude and structured problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organization, accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail
- Advanced Excel and comfort with digital platforms and data products
