Analyze contracts and billing requirements at PointClickCare, using financial analysis and data skills in a hybrid finance operations role.
Reporting to the Finance Enablement Manager, the Finance Contracts Analyst supports accurate, compliant billing and revenue operations. You will review easy and complex agreements, validate rates and discounts, and communicate requirements across internal and external stakeholders. The role also manages finance cases and reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review contracts for terms, pricing, compliance, and financial risks
- Validate rates, discounts, conditions, and billing requirements
- Investigate variances, discrepancies, and potential revenue leakage
- Prepare monthly reports, forecasts,
and revenue recognition requirements
- Maintain documentation and improve workflows through automation
Requirements:
- Two to five years in financial analysis, accounting, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Experience as a financial or contract analyst
- Microsoft Office proficiency in a Windows environment
- Experience handling complex data across Tableau, JIRA, and Excel
