Use clinical laboratory expertise and LIS knowledge remotely with Mercor as a Healthcare Domain Expert supporting AI research evaluation.

This contract position focuses on validating clinical laboratory workflows in Dendi LIS and comparable systems. You will assess accessions, results, and reports for correctness, completeness, and release readiness. The work requires recognizing quality-control failures, missed reflex or confirmation testing, mismatched specimens, and inappropriate forced approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Confirm accessions, results, and reports are correct and releasable
- Catch quality-control failures and missed reflex testing
- Identify mismatched specimens and incomplete laboratory handling




- Distinguish LIS acceptance from laboratory director approval
- Verify requests requiring refusal are properly refused

Requirements:

- Frequent Dendi LIS or comparable LIS use
- At least two years in a CLIA-certified clinical laboratory
- Ability to identify quality-control failures and mislabeled specimens
- MLS or MT ASCP certification, or equivalent licensure
- Supervisor, LIS analyst, or laboratory director experience preferred
