As Program Manager within GCN Global, you will own planning, governance, and continuous improvement across customer learning and enablement programs. You will partner with practice leaders, Customer Operations, Learning Operations, field teams, business stakeholders, and IT. The work supports scalable plans, reliable processes, measurable outcomes, and participant experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate customer training requests from intake through completion
- Manage business requirements, user stories, defects, and enhancements
- Generate learning, operational, and business-system reports
- Track enablement requirements, certifications, and readiness milestones




- Maintain program calendars, records, evidence, and improvement actions

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, organizational development, or learning and development
- Five or more years of program experience
- Experience coordinating stakeholders, systems, processes, and learning operations
- Ability to support reporting, analysis, testing, and deployment
- Ability to manage participant schedules, feedback, and readiness risks
