The IT Project Manager leads multiple technological projects throughout their lifecycles. This position oversees planning, implementation, quality control, analysis, and transition to secure teams. Success requires stakeholder coordination, project governance, and alignment with Air Canada methodologies, frameworks, schedules, scopes, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage technological projects from conception through final implementation
- Maintain roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, deadlines, and assigned tasks
- Track budgets, expenses, forecasts, invoices, and cost variances
- Communicate project status, risks,



changes, and progress to stakeholders
- Conduct retrospectives and document lessons learned

Requirements:

- Technical certification, relevant university degree, or relevant experience
- At least five years managing complex projects
- Required project management certificate from recognized organization
- Agile and Scrum experience highly desired
- Strong relationship management, leadership, and communication skills
