The District Manager manages FCM hiring, development, coaching, and operational readiness across patient support programs. You will set objectives and KPIs, guide strategic program execution, collaborate with client stakeholders, and monitor compliance. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage FCM hiring, performance reviews, development, and succession planning
- Train, mentor, motivate, and coach field-based FCM teams
- Set team objectives, KPIs, tools, and performance metrics




- Provide strategic guidance and oversee program milestones
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders on program issues

Requirements:

- Minimum seven years in healthcare people and client management
- University science or healthcare degree, or equivalent experience
- Solid leadership, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical business principles and healthcare settings
- Valid, unrestricted, non-expired driver’s license
