The Materials Supervisor manages inventory, spare parts, supplies, and tools while supporting customer service quality. The position coordinates counts, audits, vendor relationships, budgets, and invoice coding. It also guides regional materials personnel through hiring, development, coaching, performance management, and training. Success requires careful planning, sound judgment, communication, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate routine inventory counts and internal audits
- Advise Area Service Managers of inventory status
- Manage housekeeping across warehouse, storage, and office areas




- Establish metrics for inventory performance and improvement
- Develop regional materials employees through coaching and training

Requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of eight or more years relevant work experience
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable Motor Vehicle Record history
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management
- Ability to work independently and with a team
