Provide pre-hospital care with Shared Health ERS in Manitoba’s South Zone, using clinical expertise and bilingual French-English communication in person.

This full-time Primary Care Paramedic position supports patient-centered emergency response through Shared Health ERS. The work includes responding to varied calls, supporting patients from diverse backgrounds, and applying clinical protocols. Days, nights, weekends, and standby coverage may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide pre-hospital care as a Primary Care Paramedic
- Respond to varied ERS calls across assigned service areas
- Communicate with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Use ERS technology, software programs, and equipment
- Apply Shared Health clinical protocols and care maps

Requirements:

- Graduate from an accredited Primary Care Paramedic program
- Hold Manitoba paramedic registration in positive standing
- Maintain valid Class IV Manitoba driver’s license
- Hold Basic Life Support level C or equivalent
- Provide required fitness assessment and clinical knowledge test
