Build Ford’s FNV Diagnostics Cloud with Java, relational databases, front-end development, and scalable data ingestion in a hybrid position. Solve complex platform challenges.

As a senior developer, you will work within Ford’s Diagnostics and Analytics platform team. Your focus includes design and strategy, mentorship, governance, and data enhancement for diagnostics. You will collaborate with 10 to 15 software professionals while supporting engineers and teams across Ford.

Key Responsibilities:

- Optimize cloud ingestion for larger and more numerous data payloads
- Increase relational database ingestion speed and capacity
- Build interfaces enabling engineers to access diagnostics data
- Develop performant APIs for automated diagnostics data consumption




- Expand governance and diagnostic data enhancement capabilities

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field
- At least eight years of software development experience
- At least four years working with relational databases
- At least four years in front-end development
- Java, C#, or similar programming experience preferred
