Gore Mutual seeks a Field Claims Advisor, Property, with at least five years of property adjusting experience. You will manage claims throughout assigned territories, assess first party property coverage, negotiate resolutions, and control costs. The work requires field adjusting experience, communication, contract law interpretation, financial analysis, and stakeholder management. This remote field position includes ongoing access to a company vehicle and Vancouver office attendance once or twice monthly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage assigned property claims throughout the complete claim lifecycle
- Inspect sites, capture photos, and document recorded statements




- Assess coverage, exclusions, fraud concerns, and subrogation opportunities
- Coordinate vendors, reserves, payments, and claim documentation
- Represent Gore Mutual during catastrophe response and formal proceedings

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of property adjusting experience
- Minimum three years of field adjusting experience
- In-depth building damage scoping knowledge
