Gestion Zagora is a real estate management company with residential and commercial properties in Canada and the United States. We are looking for a Yardi Specialist to be our in-house Yardi expert: configure, maintain and improve the system, support its users, keep the data accurate, and improve the accounting and property management workflows, reports, migrations and onboarding that depend on it.Competitive pay based on experience. What you’ll do

- Be the company’s main Yardi expert
- Configure, maintain and optimise Yardi for operations and accounting
- Give users day-to-day support and troubleshooting
- Onboard new properties and set up properties, units, tenants, leases, vendors and other data
- Monitor the accuracy and integrity of Yardi data, and find and fix inconsistencies
- Create, customise and improve financial and operational reports
- Find opportunities to automate and streamline processes
- Support Accounting with AP, AR, rent charges, journal entries, reconciliations and financial reporting
- Work with Property Management and Leasing to improve workflows and how the system is used
- Support data migrations, imports, reconciliations and validation
- Write and maintain procedures, documentation and best practices
- Train staff on Yardi and internal processes
- Manage user access,



roles and permissions according to company procedures
- Work with Yardi support and outside consultants on implementation and improvement projects

What we’re looking for

- 3–5 years in a Yardi or similar systems-focused role, with advanced hands-on Yardi experience
- Yardi Voyager experience is highly preferred
- Residential or commercial property management experience
- Knowledge of real estate accounting and property management processes
- Advanced Excel and comfortable with large datasets
- Experience building and analysing financial and operational reports
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Able to train users of varying technical skill
- Organised and proactive, able to manage several priorities
- Strong written and spoken English
- Assets: Yardi implementation or migration experience, several Yardi modules, supporting a large multi-property portfolio across several provinces
