About the role

Blueprint Health is hiring a Registered Physiotherapist on a part-time or casual basis, with a flexible schedule and a fee-split model. We're a physiotherapy and massage therapy clinic in South Edmonton, set inside Evolve Strength South Common, so rehab happens on a full gym floor, not just on the table.

We're expanding into full-sized clinics, and this role comes with a real path to partnership or ownership for the right physiotherapist. It also suits a clinician looking for flexible hours, building a second practice location, or easing back into practice.

Position details

- Employment type: Part-time / Casual
- Location: Suite 14, inside Evolve Strength South Common, 1910 102 St NW, Edmonton, AB
- Schedule: Flexible; the clinic is open daily 6am–9pm, so you choose shifts that suit you
- Compensation: Fee split
- Start date: As soon as possible

What you'll do

- Assess and treat an active caseload: low back and disc-related pain, sports injuries, ACL rehab, shoulder and knee pain, running and powerlifting injuries
- Deliver 60-minute assessments, with hands-on treatment starting the same day
- Build each client's written "Blueprint": a clear plan using manual therapy, exercise prescription and education
- Coach rehab and return-to-sport on the gym floor, including squat, deadlift and running mechanics
- Treat motor vehicle accident clients and handle direct billing to insurers
- Work from a shared plan with our registered massage therapists
- Keep clinical records that meet Physiotherapy Alberta standards

What you bring

Required

- Master's degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent) from an accredited program
- Practice permit in positive standing with Physiotherapy Alberta – College + Association, or eligibility to register
- Current professional liability insurance
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Strong communication skills and a client-centred approach

Nice to have:
- Dry needling or acupuncture authorization
- Post-graduate training in manual therapy, pelvic health, vestibular or sports physiotherapy
- Experience with Jane or a similar clinic management system
- Interest in clinic leadership or business ownership

New graduates are welcome to apply.

Why join us

- Room to grow: we're expanding into full-sized clinics, with potential partnership and ownership opportunities for the right physiotherapist
- Flexible schedule: pick your shifts within our 6am–9pm, seven-day hours
- Competitive fee split

- Online booking through Jane, with direct billing set up
- An established, well-reviewed clinic with a steady flow of clients
- A small, collaborative team of physio and massage therapy working from one plan
- Honest, client-first care: recommendations based on need, not unnecessary appointments
