This coordinator manages financial operations, P2P execution, and recurring operational costs. The work covers SaaS subscriptions, cloud infrastructure, software licenses, subcontractors, and purchase workflows. You will support Product Owners while maintaining financial controls, forecasts, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor recurring OpEx, execution rates, and run-rate capacity trends
- Maintain dashboards for actuals, commitments, and requisition pipelines
- Forecast three-month and twelve-month operational costs
- Prepare monthly variance narratives for Digital Governance leadership
- Track subscriptions, renewals, licenses, and utilization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, data, technology, or related discipline
- Five years' financial operations or business operations experience
- Expertise tracking SaaS, cloud, licenses, and subcontractor costs
- Advanced Google Sheets financial modeling skills
- Understanding of Secure Large Solution mechanisms
