This position develops energy programs, analyzes consumption data, assesses savings, and coordinates projects with Efficiency Manitoba, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop strategic energy management programs supporting efficiency goals
- Maintain metering dashboards and identify consumption anomalies
- Manage energy projects at the Lagimodiere plant

Requirements:

- Professional engineer with three plus years of relevant experience
- Certified Engineering Technician with five plus years’ experience
- Post-secondary education with ten plus years’ experience
- Knowledge of industrial processes and effective technologies
- Financial analysis, project management, and communication skills
