As a Senior Operations Specialist in PNC’s Treasury Management Lockbox organization, you will support specialized operational processes. The work includes customer communication, documentation, process management, risk mitigation, and compliance. You will also help improve procedures and support new-hire onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute complex, moderate- to high-risk financial transactions
- Identify exceptions and escalate complex transaction issues
- Coordinate documents and action items with service partners

Requirements:
