Responsibilities
- Filter sterilisation of Unit Dose Batches
- Bulk Heat Sterilisation of Unit Dose Batches
- Autoclave sterilisation of equipment
- Equipment CIP
- Equipment SIP
- Solution transfer to UD Filling
- Integrity testing of product filters/ vent filters
- Prepare Components and equipment for batch manufacture
- Maintenance of equipment to a high standard
- Preventative Maintenance of equipment
- Adhering to good documentation standards when completing documentation
- Adhere to good aseptic practices
Qualifications
- Experience 2-3 years working in a pharmaceutical setting.
- Manufacturing/ Cleanroom experience preferable
- Good computer skills
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Good communication skills
