As Assistant Front Store Manager, you will support the Front Store Manager in managing store resources and achieving objectives. Your focus includes labour scheduling, staffing, human resources standards, inventory preparation, and expense control. You will help maintain effective operations across the backroom and sales floor while supporting health, beauty, and convenience services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain store standards to optimize customer experience and profitability
- Support Work Force Management and labour scheduling
- Ensure adequate staffing levels across store departments




- Help hire and support hiring, excluding Pharmacy
- Maintain wage administration within SLPH guidelines

Requirements:

- Previous retail management experience
- Effective organization, planning, and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize activities during changing initiatives
- Superior interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills
- Business and financial acumen
