How You’ll Help Residents Live Well

As an RN, you'll take on a team leadership role that allows you to use your full clinical scope within the Resident Home Area, supervising, implementing, and evaluating the overall operations and clinical programs. You'll provide individualized care in accordance with professional and legislative standards, and Pioneer Ridge's vision, mission, and caring philosophy.

- Oversee the delivery of care and services to all customers, ensuring residents are receiving the right care at the right time and by the right caregiver
- Ensure care is delivered appropriately and according to Pioneer Ridge's standards of quality
- Coordinate ongoing care and services in collaboration with RPNs, for care plans that meet the individual needs of each resident including preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative
