Interprovincial Cooperative Limited is recruiting a permanent Human Resources Manager for IPCO in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This seasoned HR generalist role combines strategic leadership with hands-on support across the employee lifecycle. You will report to the Agri-Products Manager and supervise the Human Resources Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the full HR function for approximately 80 to 160 employees
- Administer collective agreements and manage grievances and investigations
- Drive workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning
- Partner with leaders on performance, engagement, attendance, and accommodations




- Oversee compensation, advantages, payroll governance, compliance, and policies

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Commerce, or related discipline
- Eight or more years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Experience with labour relations and employment law
- Experience in unionized manufacturing or industrial environments
- Relevant education and experience combination may be considered
