Reporting to the Director of Leasing, this experienced Property Manager oversees financial and operational performance for a residential property portfolio. The position coordinates maintenance, leasing, budgets, inspections, resident service, and compliance. It supports secure, efficient operations while maintaining the Arbutus brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations and address tenant property management issues
- Monitor budgets, expenses, rents, income, and parking facilities
- Oversee maintenance schedules, repairs, contractors, and site inspections
- Coordinate leasing, renewals, applications, agreements,



and resident showings
- Maintain resident relationships and respond to concerns professionally

Requirements:

- Two or more years of property management experience
- Technology platform proficiency; Yardi knowledge is an asset
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite experience at minimum
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Own vehicle and valid driver's license required
