You will coordinate incident response teams, ensure rapid resolution, and drive compliant, transparent communications with stakeholders, including executive updates.
You will mentor the incident management team, improve processes, and partner with Risk, Product, and Corporate Communications to strengthen resilience in a 24/7 setting.
