Deliver primary care and overdose response as a Registered Nurse at South Riverdale Community Health Centre, working onsite with flexible schedule.

This Registered Nurse provides nursing support across SU&MH; department teams. The position conducts screening and intake assessments for potential clients, provides wound care and health education, and supports system navigation. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, health care professionals, service providers, partners, and service users to identify and resolve health issues and integrate care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct screening and intake assessments for potential clients
- Provide primary care and wound care

- Deliver health education to service users
- Respond to overdoses and participate in outreach work

Requirements:

- Registered Nurse qualification
- Availability for some evenings and weekends
