EllisDon seeks a Payroll Team Lead, International with at least five years of progressive payroll experience. You will oversee multiple payrolls, support international processing, and guide Payroll Administrators. The work requires payroll legislation knowledge, unionized payroll expertise, and experience with reconciliations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee multiple payrolls for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Review payroll transactions, adjustments, and reconciliations
- Resolve complex payroll issues and escalate when necessary
- Coach Payroll Administrators and review completed work




- Support implementations through testing, validation, and documentation

Requirements:

- Payroll Compliance Practitioner designation required
- Minimum five years of progressive payroll experience
- International payroll experience considered an asset
- Knowledge of unionized payroll and collective agreements
- Microsoft Excel skills including XLOOKUP and PivotTables
