Own IFRS financial reporting and full-cycle accounting as a Senior Accountant supporting an in office North Vancouver finance team.

This full-time, one-year contract reports to the Assistant Controller during a high-volume period. The Senior Accountant maintains general ledger integrity, supports financial reporting, and manages accounting activities across operational departments. The work includes reconciliations, banking, taxation, budgeting, audits, payroll support, and ERP reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive full-cycle accounting across general ledger, fixed assets, and capital accounts
- Assemble monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting packages
- Complete reconciliations, banking duties, and cash flow tracking




- Manage GST and PST filings accurately and on time
- Facilitate year-end audits and respond to external audit inquiries

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Valid CPA designation or recognized equivalent
- Five or more years of progressive accounting experience
- Capital asset accounting and depreciation schedule experience
- Advanced Excel and major ERP platform proficiency
