Lead complex construction estimates remotely from Toronto, using Excel, on-screen takeoff tools, and detailed cost analysis. Regular Vancouver travel is required.

As Senior Estimator at Axiom Builders, you will manage estimates for mixed-use residential and commercial projects. You will support preconstruction through conceptual estimating, scope reviews, labour analysis, and final cost analysis. Collaboration spans estimating, virtual construction, project management, owners, consultants, and trades.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assemble labour, material, equipment, and trade pricing inputs
- Prepare labour needs and breakdowns for budgets and planning
- Review designs for cost efficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Complete scope reviews and quantify technical specifications




- Track estimated versus actual project costs throughout delivery

Requirements:

- Six to eight years on complex projects from beginning to end
- Knowledge of GTA trade practices, markets, and building materials
- Experience with on-screen takeoff tools and Excel
- Construction-related certificate, diploma, or degree
- Strong attention to detail and confident communication skills
