As a Senior Global Benefits and Leaves Specialist, you will lead Clio’s global leave philosophy within Total Rewards. You will benchmark programs, design compliant policies, and coordinate implementation across regions. The work spans disability, parental, vacation, sick, accommodation, and statutory leave programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and document Clio’s global leave philosophy
- Benchmark leave entitlements across approximately ten or more countries
- Build compliant disability, parental, and statutory leave programs
- Integrate leave tracking with Workday and payroll




- Train managers and People Business Partners across regions

Requirements:

- Five or more years in global leaves, absence, or disability programs
- Deep knowledge of leave regulations across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience designing or restructuring leave programs
- Ability to lead major projects with minimal oversight
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills
