The Project Manager oversees design, construction, commissioning, and putting contracts to work. Reporting to a Senior Project Manager or Operations Manager, you will manage multidisciplinary delivery from conception through end-user acceptance. The position requires project delivery experience, technical awareness, and effective client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage design, construction, commissioning, and contract completion
- Plan projects and monitor delivery against time, cost, and quality
- Approve Project Execution Plans and construction method statements
- Maintain client, supplier,



and joint venture relationships
- Manage commercial forecasts, estimates, risks, and non-conformities

Requirements:

- Experience managing multidisciplinary design and construction projects
- Degree in construction, commercial, or engineering discipline
- Project Management Qualification or equivalent
- Knowledge of NEC or IChemE construction contracts
- Working knowledge of CDM and construction health and safety
