As Superintendent, you will manage large-scale projects from start to finish. You will serve as the key site contact, working with project managers, carpenters, team leaders, subcontractors, suppliers, and partners. Your decisions will help maintain quality, safety, schedules, and organized execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review plans, specifications, technical details, and project objectives
- Plan short-term work and organize construction sequences
- Coordinate carpentry teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries
- Monitor progress, quality, deficiencies, and schedule deviations

Requirements:

- Several years as superintendent, foreman, or comparable skilled
- Experience with high-end residential or complex construction projects
- Comfort reading plans and understanding construction methods
