This senior position supports AtkinsRéalis projects serving the National Defence Portfolio. You will direct mechanical engineering commitments while applying project management, building systems, and client development experience. The work covers upgrades and expansions of buildings and related base infrastructure across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mechanical engineering commitments within scope, schedule, and budget
- Resolve complex design and project execution issues
- Manage staff resources and mentor continuous development
- Provide technical guidance and quality assurance
- Prepare estimates and project proposals
Requirements:
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Qualified Engineer registration eligibility across multiple Canadian provinces
- 10+ years of relevant design experience
- National Defence project and mechanical systems experience
- Ability to obtain CISD Level II SECRET Clearance
