Gore Mutual is building its Property & Casualty operations with Beneva and Unica Insurance. In this position, you will independently manage primarily personal property claims, using policy wordings, endorsements, and evidence to evaluate coverage. You will communicate decisions, manage expectations, and support positive customer experiences throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate personal property losses and document claim findings
- Assess coverage and establish accurate reserves
- Negotiate fair and equitable claim settlements
- Explain coverage decisions and claims procedures clearly

Requirements:
- Property claims adjusting experience preferred
- Knowledge of personal property insurance principles and practice
- Experience handling moderately complex personal insurance claims
- Solid analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Claims management systems experience and technology proficiency
