This Transformation, Change & Innovation Advisor serves as an internal specialist in organizational development and change management. Reporting to the Executive Director, Clinical Informatics and Virtual Health, the Advisor partners with senior management and teams. The work supports organizational effectiveness through strategy, planning, process redesign, leadership development, and team building.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop organizational development and change management standards, tools, and practices
- Lead strategic and operational initiatives from planning through sustainment
- Partner with leaders and teams to engage stakeholders




- Facilitate learning and deliver change management education
- Provide reports, analyses, and recommendations for decision-making

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Seven years of recent related experience
- Experience in change management, organizational development, or project management
- Solid communication, persuasion, and influence skills
- Knowledge of healthcare systems is an asset
