Litera is seeking a Senior UX Designer to shape a core product area across the Microsoft ecosystem and other platforms. You will define problems with Product Management, collaborate with Engineering and Legal SMEs, and adapt design fidelity from concepts to build-ready prototypes. Product analytics and user insight will guide decisions throughout delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design Microsoft add-ins, web, and mobile experiences
- Frame problems and define product scope with partners
- Drive cross-functional decisions through complex workflows
- Choose research approaches using analytics and user insight
- Deliver polished prototypes ready for build

Requirements:

- Five or more years as a UX or Product Designer
- Track record shipping and iterating live products
- Experience designing within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Ability to use tools such as Pendo
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
