This individual contributor role supports long-term People plan goals across Modaxo’s portfolio. You will oversee employee development, engagement, integrations, training, reporting, and HR Business Partner support. The position includes acquisition due diligence and integration activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce HR metrics and analytics
- Lead HR program development, execution, and implementation reviews
- Develop and teach HR training programs
- Prepare quarterly reports on trends and program progress
- Support acquisitions, integrations, and business units
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree in human resources or related field
- Five years of human resource experience, or equivalent preparation
- Previous HR analyst experience with strong HR metrics skills
- At least two years managing large complex projects
- Robust analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
