Deliver accurate medication services as an Operations Pharmacist with Hims & Hers in North York, Ontario, working on site part time.

Reporting to the Designated Manager, you will support secure medication use through drug utilization reviews, patient counseling, and regulated dispensing. The position requires pharmacy operations oversight, patient record accuracy, and compliance with provincial and federal requirements. You will also support medication adherence and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform drug utilization reviews and regulated dispensing activities
- Counsel patients and support medication adherence
- Verify prescription interpretation, labeling, and product selection




- Direct technician and assistant workflows and supervise results
- Maintain privacy, records, cleanliness, and standard procedures

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy
- Part A registration with Ontario College of Pharmacists
- Minimum one year of pharmacist experience
- Knowledge of OCP, NAPRA, and Health Canada requirements
- Strong accuracy, communication, and pharmacy systems skills
