ONxpress Civils is seeking a Materials Operations Assistant Manager to lead planning, receipt, storage and distribution of construction materials across project yards, laydown areas and fronts. You will ensure material availability, inventory accuracy and safe handling in a complex multi-contractor setting.
Responsibilities include developing the material management plan, coordinating with Construction, Track, Logistics and Engineering teams, and maintaining strict traceability and cost
