The Alberta Public Service seeks a permanent manager for Forestry and Parks. You will lead Project Managers delivering projects across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, geotechnical, and environmental disciplines. The work spans initiation, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover, and closeout, while maintaining approved scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop Project Managers delivering complex capital infrastructure projects
- Oversee projects throughout the complete delivery lifecycle
- Monitor scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and objectives




- Resolve complex issues, contract challenges, and competing priorities
- Oversee financial, procurement, contract, reporting, and governance activities

Requirements:

- University graduation in Engineering, Management, or related field
- Four years of directly related experience
- Valid driver’s licence
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities
- Ability to provide strategic advice and manage project risks
