As a Consultant on Konrad’s Management Consulting team, you will support digital and AI projects across industries. You will interpret business challenges, collaborate with design and technology teams, and help create experiences that transform businesses. The work spans rapid-to-market initiatives and large-scale transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support senior team members across digital and AI transformation projects
- Create digital and AI-enabled solutions for clients across industries
- Lead and participate in UX design thinking workshops




- Research client processes and competitive positioning using AI tools
- Develop presentations, documentation, and proposal responses

Requirements:

- Two or more years of relevant experience
- Background in strategy, design, or technology engagements
- Comfort using AI tools with sound judgment
- Strong client collaboration and communication track record
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
