Bird seeks a Material Coordinator for its Nisku location. You will coordinate requirements with project managers, procurement personnel, and production teams while reviewing schedules and fabrication priorities. The work includes material status reporting, traceability, receiving, inspection, and warehouse organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate material requirements across project and production teams
- Review schedules and fabrication priorities for material availability
- Monitor shortages and identify potential production impacts
- Maintain inventory records and material traceability
- Oversee receiving, storage, handling, and material issuance
Requirements:
- Minimum five years in materials management, warehousing, logistics, or fabrication
- Understanding of material control and warehouse operations
- Experience with ERP and inventory management software
- Solid Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office computer skills
- Forklift certification considered an asset
