You will lead services for a 73-bed long term care home serving younger adults aged 19 to 65 with complex health and behavioural needs. Mental health and substance use knowledge is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide clinical and operational leadership to frontline care departments
- Supervise Nurses at Level 4 or 5 classifications
- Manage planning, implementation, evaluation, utilization, and risk management




- Lead quality improvement across clinical programs and departments
- Support transitions from acute care to community services

Requirements:

- Baccalaureate in a relevant clinical professional area
- Seven to ten years of recent related leadership experience
- Direct supervisory experience and skilled registration or membership
- Computer literacy with clinical information systems
