The Maximo Technical Data Package Analyst integrates Technical Data, ILS, Supply Support, LCMMs, and Engineering. You will manage TDP configuration, coordinate DCR workflows in JIRA, reconcile Maximo and DRMIS, and maintain supply support records. The work supports aerospace, defence, and operational military assets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Audit TDP records, NSNs, part numbers, and vendor references
- Update documentation for supported fleet configurations
- Manage JIRA workflows from DCR identification through implementation
- Reconcile Maximo and DRMIS data accurately
- Identify obsolescence risks and suitable part alternatives

Requirements:

- Five years in ILS, Supply Support, or Technical Data Management
- Experience using Maximo and DRMIS or CGCS/CGCM
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
- Experience managing workflows and tasks within JIRA
- Eligibility for Controlled Goods and NATO Secret authorization
