Prepare accurate residential construction estimates for Bedrock Homes across Alberta, using quantity takeoffs, blueprints, and detailed cost analysis. This position is based in Edmonton, Alberta.

As an Intermediate Estimator, you will estimate single family homes across Alberta for an award-winning residential builder. The work includes construction budgeting, material takeoffs, labour and equipment costing, and customized pricing. You will also review plans, specifications, change orders, and interior selection packages before project starts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Produce accurate estimates throughout project development stages
- Prepare quantity and material takeoffs for construction budgets
- Calculate labour and equipment costs using project documents




- Review change orders and interior selection packages
- Adjust model assemblies in estimating software

Requirements:

- Five or more years residential construction estimating experience in Alberta
- Post-secondary building or construction education preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to interpret building specifications and blueprints
- Solid organization, analytical, problem-solving, and detail skills
